Carl Mikael Wiren, Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer

Carl Mikael Wiren brings to over 40 years of domestic and international experience in the fields of executive management, fin-tech, entertainment, and bioscience. Mr. Wiren also co-founded Paradox Entertainment in 1999 and was the Chairman of the Board. Mr. Wiren received his Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Alexandra Klim-Wiren, Co-Founder, Project Development

​

Alexandra Klim-Wiren has more than 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry. Alexandra started her career in 1998 as a presenter and actress for several TV-stations. Amongst other activities she was hosting several travel shows, a cinema themed tv-program and editorial infotainment shows. She later became the news anchor of the German tv-network Kabel Eins within the Pro7Sat1 media group. Since 2013 Mrs. Klim-Wiren has been a producer and developer for movies as “All Roads Lead To Rome”, “Lavender”, “Huldra”, “Black Butterfly”, “Reclaim”, “Finding Steve McQueen” and “Trading Paint”.  Alexandra Klim-Wiren graduated with honors in architecture at the Technical University in Berlin. She is a private pilot with IFR, seaplane and jet license.

Peter Graham, Business Development​

​

Peter Graham has been actively involved in financing entertainment companies and film production for over thirty years.  Since 2005 he has partnered with Stephen Hays on 120dB Films.  Before 120dB, Mr. Graham was a Managing Director of the Lewis Horwitz Organization (LHO), one of the premier companies specializing in financing independent film and television production.  Prior to LHO (1997-2005), he was a Vice President with Union Bank of California’s Entertainment Department (1992 – 1997) lending to independent film productions. Peter Graham is a graduate of the US Merchant Marine Academy and has an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of management.

Fredrik Malmberg, Corporate Secretary; Administration​

​

A Swedish and American citizen, Fredrik Malmberg is a brand builder, TV and film producer and the founder and CEO of Cabinet Entertainment Inc.  With a background as a successful entrepreneur in the areas of comics, games, toys, and videogames, he pioneered transmedia thinking and migrated into the film industry.  Malmberg facilitated the financing and purchase of the Conan the Barbarian character and the Robert E. Howard library on behalf of Paradox Entertainment in 2002, and a second time when he purchased it for Cabinet in 2015.

Mike Dalager, Project Coordinator

Mike Dalager has been actively involved in the entertainment industry in a variety of capacities (actor, production, content, and administration) since 2006.  He currently serves as the CEO and Creative Director of Platform West located in Burbank, California, where he serves as producer of media content, oversees management of subcontracted talent, and manages distribution content, preparation of legal agreements supporting productions and compliance for talent and union restrictions.

Emil Abedian, Finance, Tax and Administration

                      

Mr. Abedian is a CPA and the Managing Partner of Abedian & Totlian, Certified Public Accountants.  With his educational background and his working experience  Mr. Abedian is instrumental to ROC, Inc in following up on licensing income, asset allocation and movie/television finance agreements. Mr Abedian also overviews the Aircraft leasing arrangements in ROC Inc's subsidiary, MAKW Jet LLC in St Petersburg, Florida.
